WELCOME to SD Consulting ... an independent provider of professional advice & services in economic development and regeneration to business and government, founded by Steve Dibnah who has over 20 years experience in the field. Steve has worked for 15 years experience in local government in the UK (for district and county councils) and 6 years as a consultant both in the UK and overseas. Formerly, Manager of the Regeneration Division at North West Leicestershire District Council, his most recent client is the Leicester Shire Economic Partnership with whom he has worked on regeneration initiatives, community development, government relocation, work space studies and 2012 olympic strategies.
